All the training courses are available on the HMIS Learning Center Site. Users must pass all required courses with an 80% or better to receive a certificate of completion. Once the user has completed all the training courses listed, please refer to the How To Add New User page for additional steps.
Volunteer User Training Checklist
Users can look up clients, complete service transactions and complete referrals. Volunteer users are NOT able to view or enter entry/exit assessment on client profile. Users are not able to have an ART licenses and do not have the ability to run System Stock Reports.
