HMIS Administrator

This hybrid position will provide overall Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) administration and analysis, to inform strategy and build capacity of the Coalition to End Homelessness in accordance with Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), State of Michigan, and local Continuum of Care (COC)/Coalition requirements and objectives.

Data and Analytics Manager

The Data and Analytics Manager works closely with the Continuum of Care (CoC) Director and key community partners to build a system response and support the vision of ending homelessness in Kent County. Work is completed in conjunction with Coalition staff, community-based partner organizations – including Housing Kent, according to identified priorities. Successful applicants for this position will possess strong data analysis skills, project management skills, data storytelling and visualization skills, and will hold subject matter expertise and knowledge. Successful applicants will be able to navigate discomfort and drive the organization towards equitable systems.

Youth Homelessness Coordinator

The CoC was awarded approximately 2.47 million dollars for a grant opportunity, known as the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YDHP) through Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Youth Homelessness Coordinator will build on the community’s existing efforts by serving as a dedicated resource to manage the implementation of a Coordinated Community Plan to end youth homelessness. This position will work to ensure that youth voice drives the process and that the plan is operationalized by stakeholders at all levels. This person will work in close coordination with and help to manage the CoC’s Committee on Youth Homelessness.
