Mel Trotter Ministries: during Code Red (extreme heat) the curfew for shelter is lifted, check in time for emergency shelter is still 4pm. For individuals who previously had a bar, the bar is lifted. The day center is open as a cooling matrix from 7am to 5pm everyday.
